This document is a strategic analysis of aquatic plant management in Wisconsin, as authorized under s. NR 150.10 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, consistent with s. 1.11(2)(e) and (h) of Wisconsin Statutes and the Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act. The analysis addresses topics of interest identified through a public scoping process. The purpose is to inform decision-makers and the public of alternative courses of action and the anticipated effects of these alternatives on the quality of the human environment.
